Straight-leg tailored trousers in blush pink frayed jacquard. Featuring LABRUM's signature cowrie shell monogram. High-rise. Waistband with belt loops and hook-and-bar fastening for an improved fit. Zip fly. Four-pocket styling.
The LABRUM monogram is a modern interpretation of the cowrie shell, a historic symbol of wealth, protection and exchange across West Africa.
Abstracted into a refined visual code, it becomes a subtle signature across our garments, connecting heritage with contemporary design. More than an emblem, it reflects our belief that culture is our greatest currency, carried through every detail, every piece, every story.
Jacquard technique unlike prints allows to have an exceptional dimension to the fabric technique. The cut yarns reinforce this aspect as they enable transparency/sheerness bellow the pattern. They are made mechanically thanks to a machine that cuts the floating yarns before sucking them and shave them to the requested length.
