This shoot was inspired by photographers Seydou Keita and Malick Sidibe; both with the style of portraiture that explore the ethos between the feminine and the masculine. The shoot plays of the dichotomy of masculinity and femininity through the usage of Labum London's utilitarian yet sophisticated garments. These garments further push the narrative of how two energies can coexist in balance and seamlessly blend into one another.

Human disposition is formed through a natural blend of masculine and feminine energy. The mix between these two energies can vary in each individual depending on the effects of their own nature and nurture - many gravitating towards one energy due to this. Life experiences such as our FEARS, LOVES, SHAME, and JOYS can greatly impact us, in a way that leads us to conceal that true energy with masks.
