‘KING NAIMBANA II’ Charity Sierra Leone
Labrum's founder Foday Dumbuya, set up the charity 'King Naimbana II' - named after his late father's given chief title in 2016 in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
The charity was set up with the goal to help develop sports for children (with a focus on running), funding their educations and ultimately keep them out of crime. The aim is to help young people who dream of becoming pro athletes but do not have access to basic equipment such as running shoes and apparel. To achieve this; the charity donated sports gear and provided the services of a sports coach to help guide them through this journey. King Naimbana II recently donated desperately needed items to those affected by the mudslides on Christmas Day 2017 and will be continuing its fundraising efforts.
