PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Join LABRUM London, an African British Heritage fashion brand whose purpose is to tell the untold stories of West Africa and to help bridge the gap between Western society and African cultures.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with the Design Team and Creative Director to support the end-to-end development and production process - helping bring each collection to life. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven brand operating at the intersection of storytelling, culture, and craftsmanship.
This is a paid, part-time freelance position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage the production critical path across all seasons
- Liaise with factories and suppliers to monitor timelines and deliveries
- Support with sample coordination, fittings, and product development
- Communicate production updates with internal team members
- Help manage fabric and trim orders, garment specs and production sheets
- Maintain clear documentation and trackers
- Assist with special projects, collaborations, and seasonal shows
- Be a key connector between the design vision and final execution
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fashion production or product development
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Passion for storytelling and LABRUM’s mission
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confidence using spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Knowledge of garment construction
- London based
- 2 - 4 days
