Join Labrum London, an African British Heritage fashion brand whose purpose is to tell the untold story of West Africa and to help bridge the gap between Western and African cultures. 

We are currently looking for a London based Graphic Design Intern.

Position Description:

Whilst working with us you might pick up new special skills as part of your internship. You could find yourself discovering more about typography, or getting involved in motion graphics projects. You have plenty of room to work soft skills, including: Networking, Creative Thinking and Leadership abilities.

We are looking for someone who is London based with ideally some graphic design, digital marketing and basic Web management experience ideally with Shopify. You will hopefully be dynamic, an excellent communicator and computer and online literate. And possess a willingness to shape our brand across all digital media channels: web, mobile and apps to help deliver a digital brand experience.

 

This role will be based at the location (Bedford House, Wheler Street, London, E1 6NR) premises and there will be no remote working.


Key Areas Of Responsibilities:

  • Updating online content.
  • Keeping records of how effective online data communications are.
  • Assisting the development of concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites and social media.


Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Some experience working in fashion digital marketing is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and possessing a strong creative eye.
    Proficiency in Adobe suite with full competence in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
  • Being a team player and being able to prioritise in accordance with the business needs.
  • Doing ad-hoc duties whenever needed.

Should be available to work Monday to Friday 9am-6pm (some evenings and weekends may be required). A typical working week would look like doing 25 hours in 3 days out of the 5.
