As the LABRUM London Store Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail space. Your primary duties will include managing the layout and organization of the studio space, coordinating with the team to ensure a visually appealing and functional environment, and maintaining inventory of all the retail and studio supplies, product and equipment. We are looking for a dedicated store supervisor to manage our new and exciting pop-up retail space.In this role your duties will include overseeing staff, finances and managing the space daily whilst also helping to to support and deliver events and services.
 

To ensure success as a Store Supervisor, you should exhibit demonstrable managerial competency, and excellent communication skills. Store Supervisors are natural leaders with excellent business management skills and a passion for customer service that aligns to the values of LABRUM London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall layout and organization of the retail space to optimize efficiency and aesthetics. 
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure that the retail space meets the creative needs and vision. 
  • Maintain inventory of all retail stock, and equipment, and reorder as needed. 
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the studio space to create a professional and welcoming environment. 
  • Collaborate with the retail store management team to coordinate events and promotions within the retail space. 
  • Manage in-store and online orders.

Store Supervisor Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
  • Extensive experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
  • Competency in retail management software
    • Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail health and safety standards.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and reliability with a hands-on attitude
    • A self starter that can own and drive tasks
  • London based
  • Flexibility on available working days and to help with other operational tasks for the brand
    • MUST BE AVAILABLE ON FRIDAYS & WEEKENDS
    • 5 Days a week
